Had a great stay at this hotel during New Year's! The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient and easily accessible to key attractions in the city. Plus, the complimentary breakfast had a good variety of food options.

One negative aspect was that the complimentary wifi was down for more than 24 hours without any notice or apology. It was frustrating not being able to connect.

I recently stayed at Fairfield Inn in Washington DC for a weekend getaway. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and made my stay very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast, with Mia at the buffet, was delicious and a great way to start the day. The rooms were spacious and cozy, and the hotel provided a shuttle to and from Union station, which was very convenient. There were also nearby dining options and a gas station. a fantastic stay!

Rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and free shuttle service to nearby attractions. Plus, the hotel is near National Arboretum for nature lovers to enjoy.

The only drawback mentioned was the difficulty accessing the hotel from eastbound New York Avenue, which can be a challenge for drivers.

The room was brand-new, the staff was outstanding. The hotel was an interesting place for enjoying a downtown area. Excellent breakfast, nice service. Pool was heated and beds were exceptionally comfortable. In addition, the parking was outside.

The entire hotel was spotlessly clean and the room was non-smoking. I appreciated the room, the bed was comfortable. The fast food restaurant was good with plenty of meals in the menu.

They went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Additionally, the upgraded room was a pleasant surprise, with a small salon equipped with a TV, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. It was great to have these amenities in the room. Furthermore, the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the main train and bus stations in Washington DC. The morning and evening shuttle provided by the hotel was a thoughtful touch and made getting around the city hassle-free.

One minor downside was that the pool area couldn't be accessed after 10 PM without assistance from the front desk.
